Former 2010 Miss USA Rima Fakih was pulled over and arrested for drunk driving in Highland Park, Michigan early Saturday morning while driving with a friend to another friend's house.




The pageant winner blew a .20, which was more than TWICE the legal limit in Michigan.



After spending most of the day in jail on Saturday, she was eventually released.



She then tried to DENY the incident, going on her Twitter saying:



"Let's clear things up now…. I'm NOT in Michigan and I'm NOT in jail! Wrong Fakih."



Her attorney Doraid Elder later released a statement, confirming that she in fact WAS arrested with a DUI, saying
